Yeah, they're black.

Phew, this one took a while, and now I think I will never draw another feather again. This is from one of my dreams. The ground was like, red like this. and I had black wings. And I was like, yeah, I have wings, and there black, so what?

I used Sai for everything except the texture of the ground, which I used PS for. Critique is welcome.
